A tub worthy of a second glance

The centerpiece of this opulent display? A Native Trails’ Avalon 72 tub, a monumental 6-foot by 3-foot soaker crafted from jute fiber and cement. Weighing in at a hefty 900 pounds and costing a cool $11,543, and available in ten colors (the series features the “slate” hue), it's a statement piece that speaks volumes about the family’s former wealth. While the family traded their Upper East Side apartment for a simpler life in Montana, the bathtub, unfortunately, wasn't part of the deal.
